Returns & Exchanges

At Mulberry Park, we want you to love your home essentials; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unwashed and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Our goal is to ensure your shopping experience is as seamless and comfortable as our premium linens.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
